Quinn Syrett joined Met Oval in December 2023 and immediately earned a spot on the U16 MLS NEXT roster. In his first six months, he impressed with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, quickly establishing himself as the starting goalkeeper in the following U17 season. His performances led to a signing with Charlotte SC and a commitment to Brown University.
A prototype modern goalkeeper, Quinn stands 6’5″ yet combines height with speed, explosiveness, and sharp reactions. He is proactive in defending space, communicates loudly and effectively, and commands his area with a strong presence. Calm on the ball, he is proficient with both short and long distribution, making him a reliable and versatile option in goal.
